Mom VS Son

Mom VS Son

The August long weekend has slowly been becoming a rodeo filled tradition for me.  Over the past five years, I have been hired by the Strathmore Stampede to capture video, take photos and help populate their social media feeds.  This year we decided to focus solely on photography and help build up the Strathmore Stampede's image archive.  Since the goal was to capture as many events as possible, I needed to hire another photographer.   I asked my mother, Shauna Kenworthy, to accompany myself for the gig.  Between the two if us we snapped exactly 8756 photos over the four day period.  Mom led the way with 4799 and I contributed 3957.  Mothers must work harder than their sons!
