The Heat

The 2023-24 opening video was inspired by the intro to the television show Winning Time. The goal was to mash together shots of Calgary, fans and player highlights to show the culture of the city and team. The song Marvin Brooks, Kataem, Vuu - "The Heat" was used to bring an urban feeling to the video.

The close up shots of the players were captured by Mitch Nybo and Jesse Karma.

A big thank you to Geordie Macleod, Austin Shaw, Riley Jans, Carlo Petrini, and Peter Stewart for the support, direction, and guidance. Credit goes to Pam Petrini for the amazing sound effects, mixing, and mastering.
