Recently, two of my photos that I took for the promotion Scotiabank C of Red Moments where published by The Calgary Flames Instagram account.  Needless to say I was pretty pumped!

I feel I should also give some credit to my newest lens, the Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS II USM. I finally took the plunge and bought the beast!

Judging by my latest experiences working with Canon's "L" lens, I do have to say a good lens does make you a better photographer.  I think it is one of the rare cases in life where purchasing more expensive, high end equipment does make a huge difference in one's work.   I can't say the same for purchesing luxurious guitars in the past.  If one is not musical, there simply is no hope.
